In the extremely rare case that we cannot complete the full delivery of service within the specified timeframe, we will issue a prorated refund for all traffic not received before the specified timeframe. Refunds will not be issued if you decide to contact us after your campaign has been completed.

Where do I login to view my campaign’s progress?
